Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and Crawlback.net LLC (“aimbot.xyz”, “we”, “us”) governing your use of the aimbot.xyz website, game, and related services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use the Service. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 13 to use the Service.
- If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, and by creating an account you represent that you have that permission.
- The Service is offered only in the United States at this time. You must have a valid United States mobile phone number to fully use the Service, and we send text messages only to United States numbers.
2. Your account
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when you register — including your name, email address, phone number, and date of birth — and keep it up to date.
- You may create and maintain one account. Each phone number may be verified on only one account.
- You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password confidential. Tell us promptly at support@aimbot.xyz if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
- Usernames are provided on a first-come basis. We may reclaim, change, or refuse usernames that are misleading, offensive, impersonate others, or violate these Terms.
3. Account verification
- You must verify your email address before using the Service’s play features. You must additionally verify your phone number before playing online. We use verification to keep the Service secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce these Terms.
- Phone verification is done by sending a one-time code by SMS to your United States mobile number. Message and data rates may apply. Verification messages are sent only when you request them; we do not send marketing texts. If you cannot receive SMS, you will not be able to verify a phone number or play online.
- Registration and verification are protected by reCAPTCHA. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to its use.
4. Rules of conduct
Despite the name, aimbot.xyz is about becoming a human aimbot. When using the Service you agree that you will not:
- cheat — including using aim assistance, automation, macros, scripts, bots, input replays, modified clients, or any software or hardware that plays or assists play on your behalf;
- exploit bugs, tamper with game traffic, or interfere with the operation of the Service or other players’ use of it;
- create or use additional accounts, or help anyone else do so, to evade a suspension, ban, or other enforcement action;
- provide false registration information, verify a phone number you do not control, or sell, share, or transfer an account;
- harass, threaten, or abuse other players, or post content that is unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit — including in chat and usernames;
- probe, scan, overload, or attempt unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
- use the Service to violate any applicable law.
5. Content and chat
If the Service lets you submit content (such as chat messages or a profile), you keep ownership of it, and you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and process it as needed to operate, moderate, and improve the Service. We may remove content or restrict chat at our discretion.
6. Enforcement and termination
- We may investigate suspected violations and may warn, restrict, suspend, or permanently ban accounts — including removing access to online play — at our sole discretion, with or without notice.
- We may decline to verify, or may un-verify, an email address or phone number where we believe doing so is necessary for the security or integrity of the Service.
- You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your account as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute terms) do survive.
7. The Service
The Service is provided free of charge and evolves constantly. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service — including modes, features, rankings, and stored progress — at any time without liability to you. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
8. Intellectual property
The Service — including its software, artwork, names, and logos — is owned by Crawlback.net LLC or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service as intended through your browser. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by law.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROGRESS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you — for example by email or an in-product notice — before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
